While exploring the premium wine-producing region of Margaret River, why not indulge in a unique journey of discovery with Voyager Estate’s wine-inspired Discovery Menus. Its 7-course Discovery Menu is the signature experience; each course is inspired by one of the Voyager Estate wines. Head chef, Santiago Fernandez and his team also take inspiration from the vineyards and winemaking process in creating dishes that bring a small part of the Estate to the table. The 4-course Discovery Menu is a taster of the 7-course, allowing those with limited time to choose some of their courses, either matched to our recommendations or selected from our extensive wine list. Voyager Estate was awarded Regional Restaurant of the Year and Regional Chef of the Year at the 2018 WA Good Food Guide Awards. The team recommends each course as a journey of discovery but if you want a sneak peak, indicative menus are available. The menus change every two months so they may not be the menu presented on the day of your visit. Sit back in comfortable wingback armchairs and allow the afternoon to pass by in the elegant setting.
