Vasse Felix is Margaret River’s founding wine estate and was established in 1967 by regional pioneer Dr Tom Cullity. Vasse Felix is regarded as one of Australias draw-card winery destinations and welcomes all visitors, daily for a host of wine and culinary experiences. The Vasse Felix Restaurant offers a beautiful setting to indulge in regional flavours, textures and creative cuisine to compliment the Wine Collection. The menu is created from local, seasonal produce and changes daily as new ingredients become available. Modern Australian in style, the menu draws inspiration from international preparation techniques, fused in a manner unique to Vasse Felix. The Vasse Felix Restaurant also offers a five course set menu, created to complement and highlight Margaret Rivers key varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
