Your blue cheese sauce flavour was very weak and the texture was very runny anf floury...more like a white sauce..and not smooth...a bit lumpy. so definitely need improvement Everything else was good.

I think they need more staff. The place was very busy. We waited nearly 30 minutes before we got our first drinks. The service between drinks and ordering was quite slow also.
