The Master of the Harbour Housed within The Esplanade Hotel is The Harbour Master restaurant. This contemporary Fremantle diner celebrates the history of the region and takes full advantage of its seaside setting. On a warm day head outside and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful park views on the Marine Terrace. Order a few drinks and get around the ‘snack skewers’ (we love the flame grilled prawns with chilli and lime). Alternatively, head inside and enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the stylish cocktail bar before going to dinner. The dining room features old photographs of Fremantle Harbour, highlighting the history of the venue and the Fremantle region. On the menu you’ll find a mix of Modern Australian dishes including perfectly grilled steaks, fresh seafood, hearty pastas, pizzas, wholesome sides and traditional desserts. Best Dish: ‘From the sea’: grilled line caught WA Goldband snapper with herb butter, royal blue mash and asparagus.
