Unfortunately I find the lunch/dinner menus very uninspiring, and have struggled to find something I actually want to order the last two visits. Wine is very over-priced. The view and atmosphere is lovely on a sunny day and the petting zoo and open space for the kids to roam is a big plus, but I must remember to only go for brunch next time...maybe then I’ll find something I want to order on the menu.

Sunday lunch was madness with huge groups celebrating. Luckily we had a booth at the back but it probably isn’t the best place for a friendship catch up given big crowds and noise. Food was good and fun atmosphere

Great for large groups especially those with kids as they offer free face painting and a petting zoo on Sundays. The new menu is such an improvement

Great for after-work catch-ups. Good, casual vibe.

50% offer meant very good value. Porchetta was delish. Service can be patchy here but tonight was AOK.

About The Greens

Being the second oldest bowls club in NSW, North Sydney Bowls Club underwent renovations in 2014 and has rejuvenated something old, and brought it back to life. The Bowlo has been reborn as a beautiful, breezy garden with jaw dropping views! There’s palm trees, light open spaces and vintage photographs adorning the walls. The once grim club is now an urban oasis. On a sunny day, the rustic garden is the perfect place to sit and relax. Not your standard bowls club, the menu focuses on a variety of dining experience including substantial salads, daily market fresh fish and share plates. The Greens is an up and coming destination for a casual meal with the family and friends, special functions or corporate events. Pop down for the food, the view, the drinks, a game of bowls - or all of the above.
