Great spot for lunch. Seasonal menu, offered as either 2 or 3 courses chosen craft rom 4 options for each course, plus daily specials. Good price for innovative, excellently prepared and presented food. Great, sweeping view of Canberra from a high spot at the National Arboretum plus the National Bonsai collection aware added attractions.

VG selection of local wines. Emphasis on local produce and healthy selections. Stunning views. Most enjoyable for us

The portions for the two courses each of our party of four enjoyed were substantial. No room for sweets :(. However, flavour was just not there in the slow cooked beef I ordered but the rabbit pie and the duck legs were enjoyed by my companions.

It is a wonderful MUST to bring visitors to Canberra. Service is efficient and discreet; food is above standard; space between tables is great, so the place does not feel crowded, even when there is a larger group in the restaurant.

I had guests from interstate for a special lunch. The service was so poor that the mood of lunch was spoiled.

Produce is sourced primarily within Canberra’s 100-mile foodshed to support good farming in the region. The focus is on organic and biodynamic produce, heirloom meats, seasonal vegetables and fruits, and sustainable sea and fresh water foods. The views are incredible and the food is even better.
