This was the first time we went to the restaurant. The service and food were good. Price is very reasonable as well. Definitely will come back in the future.

Chair too low compared with table No table decorations - no wine glasses etc No wine list offered No table water offered - when we asked for water, waitress produced a carafe, filed to the brim, she had trouble pouring into the glass Only provided one plate, wanting to serve the main course on a plate that had been used for the entree Courses were served without a rest they wanted us out before we sat down!! Meals were “strange” fixed menu for Valentines Day dinner - we were not it was a set menu - no bread, no vegetables, qual looked like it was the offcuts! Coffee served - no sugar avaikable No itemised account was rendered There was clearly an issue!
Dear Warwick, Thank you for taking the time to advise me of your recent dining experience. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to improve upon the service we provide to our valued customers. I am very disappointed to read of your dinner experience here. Whilst an apology does not change anything, I do offer you one with all sincerity. This level of service is certainly not acceptable and will be addressed.

The venue, atmosphere and food were really good, however let down by very relaxed service, after 30 minutes I had to go looking for staff to order our first drinks. Earlier in the day there was no response to a request to increase the number in our group, considering that I sent an email and left a phone message, that was also poor. The quality of the location deserves better.
