Great food. Bridge Room takes fusion to another level but the respect for core ingredients remains and the creative twist on everything is amazing.

Beautiful food. Friendly staff. Not a super atmospheric restaurant but that isn't what it claims to be. Lovely fine dining restaurant.

Wonderful food, attentive service. More casual and boisterous than I expected, but the food was definitely up with THE very best I've eaten, certainly in Sydney.

About The Bridge Room

Beautiful Bridge Room The Bridge Room, owned by Ross and Sunny Lusted together with Fink Group is held in high esteem by all major Australian food and entertaining publications. Lusted’s menu evolves constantly, influenced by his travels throughout Asia and Europe with many dishes prepared over binchotan charcoal and slow smoked in the Japanese Robata. The interplay of vivid flavours and textures is a feature of his unique cooking style and is truly delicious. The Bridge Room is housed in a beautiful 1930’s heritage building in the heart of the CBD. The interior designed by Nick Tobias features an open kitchen with custom built charcoal grill. With hand-made ceramics designed by Ross Lusted himself, solid oak tables and Autoban’s iconic Deer Chairs, the dining room’s relaxed aesthetic is paired with informed and polished service. Ross Lusted was awarded Chef of the Year by The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide and Hottest Chef in Australia by The Australian 2014. The Bridge Room was awarded Restaurant of the Year 2016 and Three Hats 2017 by The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide, Three-Stars and #7 in Australia by Gourmet Traveller Magazine 2017 and Hottest Restaurant in Australia by The Australian.
