About Terminus Hotel Fitzroy North
The Gastrobaby When gastronomy and pub food got married; they made a baby. And that baby was the Terminus Hotel in North Fitzroy. The terminus hotel is a pub that takes its food seriously, but not too seriously. Who said pub food had to be sloppy burgers and over-cooked chicken parma? The folk at Terminus Hotel bring a modern Australian flair to those tired old pub meals, calling it ’the gastropub menu’. Clever, no? We think it’s more than apt. Here, burgers have been spruced up with the finest Wagyu beef and tangy pickles, and, even though, their parmas are made with simple ingredients; they’re done to a fine standard. Enjoy their gastropub delights in a pleasant dining room or out in their ever-popular beer garden. They’ve got an astonishing selection of beers on tap – 16, in fact! – And each one of them is brewed in a much-loved Melbournian brewery. Tired of the old pub grub and want something a little nicer without the price tag? Head to the Terminus Hotel. Best dish: crispy pork belly
