Excellent as always, this is our go-to place for a little nostalgia. Feels like a typical Swiss "Beiz" and has the food to match. We usually come for the veal and rösti and it never disappoints!

As a member of the Birthday Club, I was entitled to a free entree so long as my friend and I ordered a main course. The veal was very tender, and sauce not too rich. The generous entree of scallops lemon flavour was delicious.

About Swiss Club Restaurant

Give us an S Give us some of that Swiss hospitality. Head chef and owner Roger Moullet, will welcome you to his club and make you feel right at home – the Swiss way. It’s all about a relaxed atmosphere and a place that exudes warmth. The tall slim building looks like it was plucked from Zurich and plonked right down into flinders lane. Sit at a booth and enjoy their traditional foods and seasonal specials. Your experience will be truly authentic. We loved the geschnetzeltes which are pieces of tender veal in a creamy mushroom sauce, and the venison goulash with spätzli and red cabbage. Austrian and Italian influences on the Swiss culinary landscape come to light with goodies like schnitzels and risottos. One thing that the Swiss do so well is meat, with Moullet’s lamb cutlets that simply melt-in-your mouth and beg you to marry them at first bite. Watch out, your partner’s getting jealous. At the Swiss club, it’s love. Best dish: geschnetzeltes
