Filet steaks were tough and stringy.

Food was wonderful but my empty beer glass sat on the side of the table for over 15 mins without being asked if I would like another - entree dishes cleared during this time !!

Always great, friendly service & good food - on this occasion just a relatively quick business lunch. Quick turnaround on the order as they have a special lunch menu, nice steak, no compromise on quality. Dinners here should not be rushed, savour the great steaks, nice tap beers & wonderful wine selection.

Very good as usual

I always enjoy Squires Loft. The steak on this occasion was not as good as it usually is. Still enjoyable and better than most alternatives, but just not quite as good as I've had previously. Service was friendly and fast.

Good steaks but quite badly charred this time but the meat inside was cooked to perfection.

We had the rump steak lunch specials - cooked to perfection and very tasty. Best steakhouse we have eaten at in Perth at a very reasonable price. HIghly recommended.

Grill is the best so far. Last night dinner is disappointing. We have had 3 eye fillets ordered MEDIUM but and up with RARE. My partner and friends could not finish it. Hope you can do better in the future. Cheers Cong

About Squires Loft Subiaco

All things moo When a steakhouse expands to 15 locations, you know that they must be doing something right. Squires Loft in Subiaco, the golden triangle of restaurant real estate on the West Coast, is just as popular as the first venue in the chain that opened back in the ‘90s in Brighton. Squires “steaks” its reputation on great food and unique flavours. The crowds that rock up to the Suby spot show that the owners are on to something. Naturally, patrons prefer porterhouse or other grills but Squires does cater for vegetarians or chicken eaters – so it’s a suitable space for all. Try the Angus beef short ribs – 400g or 800g options – that are slow cooked and basted and are provided as a tasty starter. Ahem, that’s right – a starter. Weighing in at 1kg, you could select the pork spare ribs for a main with chips or baked potato. And, if you can still chew, you could top it all off with ice-cream with Mars Bar hot chocolate sauce. Best dish: Wagyu burger – 200g Waygu beef char-grilled and basted then served on a toasted bun with caramelised onions, Swiss cheese, wild roquette, Roma tomatoes, chips and sauce
