Certainly no lone soul, this mod-Oz-meets-mod-Asian bistro follows in the able footsteps of owner Terry Leung's Auchenflower restaurant, Food and Soul. Leung, and business partner James Osborn, have taken on a new challenge in delivering Milton diners affordable and delicious soul food. So what are some examples? Well, you've got the sugar chilli calamari with Greek salad, the 300g grass-fed sirloin with pepper jus, potato wedges and rocket salad, and the pumpkin and spinach frittata with Mexican-style tomato and black bean salsa. The desserts have just as much appeal, especially the creme brulee, which, like a lot of things on this menu, happens to be gluten free.
