We have dined both for lunch and then dinner of four on Saturday evening. Everything was perfect, but we felt some of the wine prices excessive for what your were purchasing. We couples are from Raby Bay and Hope Island and are use to some local BYO dining and the alcohol if not excessively priced, you will find people will even buy a second bottle. Just our view. Definitely be back though.

We had the 5 course sea food option and enjoyed it. A member of our party did not want the raw fish option and the chef was happy to make a substitute. That was great.

About Seascape Restaurant + Bar

A seafood sensation A trip to Surfers Paradise isn’t complete without a meal at Seascape Restaurant & Bar, a stunning venue that offers an incredible outlook over the beach and buzzing Esplanade. Ascend the contemporary timber staircase to the restaurant on the second floor and find yourself in a minimalistic, modern space that is the perfect backdrop for wining and dining. Seafood is the name of the game here and the restaurant sources a minimum of six different types of fresh fish daily; each one prepared specifically to showcase the unique tastes and textures of each fishy morsel. Start with an entree of maple-cured black kingfish with wasabi sorbet, wakame and sesame praline or cured duck breast before moving on to one of the daily catches. And if you really can’t choose opt for the five-course banquet and enjoy the Chef’s seafood selection. Or if you’re just looking for something a bit more casual head to the bar and bistro downstairs and grab some fish & chips and a glass of wine… this is a venue that is perfect for all occasions. Best dish: Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon, pan fried, dashi broth, 34 pickled mushrooms, edamame, kombu.
