The presentation and taste of the degustation was outstanding. One of the two serving staff was disinterested and the only dampener...the other was great. Pity because otherwise it was a perfect night

Amazing servers who even checked if our vegetarian selections required any further dietary adjustments. Lovely food, very worth the price with all the little extras they gift yo u between courses. Wine list is impressive but priced accordingly.

Can not believe I have never tried Sage before, amazing experience - the 5 course degustation was exceptional as was the service provided by Matt - highly recommended

The service was amazing! Each dish was beautifully presented & full of flavour. The waiters took time to explain each dish in detail. It was my birthday & they brought out a special treat & a card signed by all the waiters. Loved this place! Will definitely be back!

The food was absolutely delicious - We had one vegetarian and one standard degustation and we both enjoyed every course. The service was great - the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The food are as delicious as usual. Among all yum dishes, the Kangaroo Tartar is definitely the gem at the crown. The scallop is so tender and has multiple layer of flavors along with the caviar . Will definitely come back in the future.

The modern Australian menu features innovative and mouth-watering combinations of ingredients and styles.
