Absolutely delicious food. Wait staff didn’t lay napkins down or talk about menu at all. However they were very attentive to water and wine without interrupting our conversations.

The dishes were a nice change to a lot of other mod-oz restaurants. The flavours were very distinct and unique. Service was prompt and attentive. Would definitely be back.

This is our anniversary dinner location of choice, it's been a few years in between visits this time but it was still the exceptional standard we remember and love! Food is divine, wine list is extensive and paired perfectly and the staff are second to none! Top class!!

Was very impressed with the service and food, We opted for the 5 course degustation. Serving sizes were perfect. Desserts were a highlight of the evening and the matched wines worked really well.

When I told friends that I was taking my fiance to dinner at Rubicon both of them said we were in for a good night. They weren't wrong. We had a beautiful evening at Rubicon. Delicious food beautifully presented. Polite, friendly & efficient service. Absolutely faultless.
