Rubison is fusion at its best. Sophisticated flavours, imaginative and beautifully executed. We had the 'build your own degustation' and every course was great. Thanks for a great meal.

The food, the staff and the location is amazing. It is abit expensive but I suppose fine dining normally is.

Perfect place for fine dining in a calm, attentive environment. With its separate spaces it can cater for a variety of party sizes and needs. The food is always interesting, and well cooked. They will cater for food intolerances. An expensive place but value for money is good.

Rubicon is consistent in food and service. It is among the more expensive restaurants in town, but the quality is worth it, and it is one of the quietest venues in town.

Rubicon is the best restaurant in Canberra. Everything about it is magnificent, I go every year on my birthday as there is no better way to celebrate!
