Beautiful degustation course! We had 7 course menu and each dish was very sophisticated and different from each other! There is an entertainment especially when the last dessert was served with nitrogen. Great choice for special occasions for couples.

A stand-out dining experience in Broadbeach. Innovative but grounded, this chef will have his followers; me included. An unusual setting for such high standard fare. Versace (Vanitas et al) should learn from this Scottish chef. Beautifully balanced, interesting food and the chef doesn't forget to feed you .... i.e. you don't leave hungry!

The service was ok, expected more from a 'fine dining' establishment. The food portions were tiny and our chosen meal the 5 course degustation was served over 2 and a half hours, which may appeal to some but was too long for us. We didn't enjoy the food either. The one positive thing I would say is the cocktails were good and reasonably priced. One visit was plenty I wouldn't return unless they made some drastic changes.

We came here with big expectations, and we were not disappointed! We had the 7 course degustation with matching wines. Food was great, service was on point, not much to complain about. Portion sizes were decent. Only do 9 courses if you're very hungry / eat a lot. One thing I would like to see them do better is to explain the courses and wine pairings more thoroughly. The sommelier went into great details, which we liked, while others rushed it. The venue itself had a mix of crowds, but it is Gold Coast after all. Enjoyed it and thought it was good value.

wonderful food. had the 7 course degustation menu. they are flexible and will change up to two courses. the chef can cook. no sauces covering up the food. just beautiful, complementary flavours presented in a most original way. a lot of thought and effort has gone into this menu.

We tried the 7 course menu. Highly recommend the french onion soup and the lemon meringue dessert they had. The meal was enjoyable but not sure you really get value for what you pay. Excellent service.
