This was a spectacular dining experience! We loved the open plating area and the interaction with the chefs. The wine pairings were absolutely superb!! The staff were very passionate about the dishes and there was never a moment we were left waiting to ask a question or order something additional!

Ingrediants were not the same - far less sashimi replaced with cut up apple - not impressed Waiter put us in the lobby as opposed to the dining room - even though we paid for 3 persons a 9 course meal

This was a return visit and didn't disappoint. The staff were very friendly,welcoming and not pretentious. Gladly and proudly explained the food. The 9 dishes we had were delicate, delicious and beautifully presented. We loved the theatre of the desert. The wines were wonderfull and reasonably priced. We will be back again next year. keep up the great work.
