Innovative, interesting and, most importantly, delicious modern Australian food in a comfortable, up-market environment. Thoughtful and interesting wine and non-alcoholic drink pairings, and friendly, helpful staff.

Incredible and interesting food and wine - degustation is generous and surprising, with beautiful paired wines. Not inexpensive but worth it for the experience. No surprises why Orana is getting such brilliant reviews. Worth every cent.

About Restaurant Orana

Putting Adelaide back on the dining map Orana. It means welcome in some Aboriginal language. Welcome to Adelaide’s extraordinary twenty five seat restaurant, located up a flight of stairs, right in the heart of Rundle Street. Chef Jock Zonfrillo has put Adelaide back on the map for destination diners. His degustation menu takes diners on a journey into the tastes of Australia across about twenty different dishes - ten bite-sized snacks, six main courses, three desserts and bread. The food is very Australian, and sparkles with life and energy - think food with the spirit of Australia’s wild and indigenous plants, grasses and animals. It’s confident, assured and original. Jock, you’re a star.
