A jewel in the Newcastle crown! Great setting that just generates ambience Friendly and knowledgable staff only too happy to assist with and questions about the food and the sizeable wine list. This is a must go place !!! If I lived in Newcastle it would be a regular haunt

Wine is the clear priority but the small selection of food is extremely good.

About Reserve Wine Bar

Welcome to Newcastle’s first grape emporium At home on Hunter Street in the hub of Newcastle, Reserve is the perfect spot to relax after a busy week. Take a seat at the bar or sink into a lounge and order a glass of the Tasmanian Pinot Noir. The small plates menu works perfectly to complement the expansive wine selection. Of course you have to order the charcuterie board with chorizo, pickles and burrata! If you and your crew are feeling quite peckish, go for the roast chicken with bread stuffing to share. Best dish: Half roast chicken with bread stuffing.
