The service provided, particularly by Ben, was exceptional. Neither did we feel crowded or neglected. The service style was balanced in this respect. Both Ben and our sommelier provided easy to understand explanations of each course and accompanying wine. They were refreshingly friendly and pleasant without exhibiting the pompous airs and graces that we have experienced at other fine dining establishments. They made us feel very comfortable. Ben even escorted us to the correct lift to exit the building.

The restaurant exceeded our expectations! We were blown away by not only the views, but the amazing service. All the waiters/waitresses were extremely personable and knowledgeable. We loved the food and the fact that it was interactive and different. Please give our compliments to chef and our wait party (we were table 32 at 6:45). The whole experience was special and something we will remember for years to come

A beautiful dinner; Peter Gilmore's new menu is absolutely spectacular. Along with a unique wine-matching menu which I woldnt ordinarily have picked, but complimented the food perfectly. Wonderful service - Tiffany was absolutely outstanding, we loved her. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Our award winning Executive Chef Peter Gilmore is honoured to treat you with a unique Seven Course Menu, matched expertly with premium wines. At midnight guests will enjoy a glass of champagne as we ring in 2018 against the backdrop of one of the most famous fireworks display in the world. Full payment by credit card is required for all reservations at the time of booking, at a charge of $2,000 per person plus a processing fee of $55 per person. For some early reservations, Quay offers our six course menu priced at $210 per person, along with a complimentary glass of Champagne to enjoy on arrival. Tables are booked for a period of 2 hours and will be re-booked shortly after this time. Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel your reservation or reduce your party size within 24 hours of your booking, a cancellation charge will be incurred. About QUAY

This Rocks institution won Gourmet Traveller’s Restaurant of the Year for 2019. It has consistently held three Good Food Guide hats for seventeen years. Is it necessary to continue? Ok, easy. At the helm is highly celebrated chef, Peter Gilmore, who is known not simply for his culinary masterpieces but also his dedication to growing his own, fresh produce. After a recent renovation, Quay is redesigning the fine dining experience. They have swapped the white tablecloths for more natural elements, including timber tables made from spotted gum, a timber ceiling and volcanic lava stone detailing. They now offer a six course degustation meal for dinner midweek and lunch Friday to Sunday. As well as a 10-course meal on Friday and Saturday night. If you were hoping to try the famous ‘Snow Egg’, you’ll have to settle for the new dessert “White coral”. It features a light white chocolate ganache aerated under vacuum and then frozen with liquid nitrogen. Quay should be top of your Sydney list for that most special of special occasions.
