Oyster is really good, but the service is not the best I am afraid.

Cosy. The service is fantastic. The food is fantastic. A good selection of French dishes, and I especially like that they have a lamb and chicken of the day in addition to their dish of the day. My wife enjoyed her cassoulet, my lamb was delicious. As a French restaurant, a good test is always the crème brûlée, and Paris Go did not disappoint! The two wait staff were attentive, knew their menu and were delightful. Will be back, next time I'm going to try the French Onion Soup.

It's been years since my last visit - and obviously way too long between meals as the food and service were great.

It is a favourited of mine and I keep going back for many of their specialties, like Steak tartare - Creme Brulee etc. You can go for "tea" and have one course and that is still delightful too. Lunches are good from Wednesday to Friday as well...

About Paris Go

A Little Piece of Paris in Carlton If it’s some Parisian panache you’re after, this is the place. Think outside the Italian box next time you’re in Carlton and go for a bit of French flair instead. You’ll get just what you’d expect from a French institution—style, service, mouth-watering food and a wide-ranging selection of wines. Best dish? There are probably too many to mention, and the daily specials are always worth considering. The charcuterie platter is always a winning start. The duck, oysters, mussels and steak tartare are regular favourites, too. Oh and don’t forget the pommes frites either. The menu features all of the old French standbys you’d expect—and want—served in a warm, crowded-but-cosy environment. Great place to celebrate a special occasion or bring a date or out-of-town guests. If you want to impress, that is. This is the type of French restaurant you’ll keep coming back to. And you’ll love it even more each time, especially once you try the desserts. Best dish: steak tartare
