We dined on the January lunch special, 6 course menu for $40 for min 4 people. We had a wonderful lunch, the courses were perfectly paired and the steak was truly delicious!!

Really great restaurant - food, drinks and service was exceptional. Shame about the air conditioning not working, but staff had a fan and when we asked if they could move it so our table could have some air, they willingly helped and we were very grateful!

Service was great - attentive, fun and friendly - knowledgable around recommendations. Quite buzzy place so can imagine to be noisy when full. We went on a 42º day and it was pleasant when we arrived, however by 2.30pm, it got really warm and stuffy. On the basis, air-con needs sorting out. And it was boiling where the reception was. Seems like the air-con was not working and all the street heat was coming in. Not comfortable and a dent in our fabulous food and service experience.

Being the new kid on the block, I think Palermo lives up to the expectations of bringing exciting flavours from Argentina to Melbourne. Enjoyed the dinner last night with friends.

Playing with Fire $95 per person

To help you tick this off the bucket list, Palermo is hosting an event showcasing fire cooking techniques, including a fire pit beast carving demonstration. Palermo will be serving up starters, succulent slow-cooked meat with delicate sides and desserts. A fiery cocktail list to match will set your palate blazing. Join chef Oliver Gould at this true spectacle as he guides guests through the carving process and provides a detailed insight into our fire cooking techniques. 5 course dinner with drink on arrival and crash course on the asado fire pit cooking technique. We request that you provide your credit card details to secure your reservation with full pre-payment of $95 per person. If you fail to show up, number decrease or cancel without at least 2 days notice, your payment will become non-refundable.
