We had a very enjoyable evening here. Every dish we ordered was delicious. The service and food knowledge offered by the staff was amazing. We especially enjoyed the chutneys which matched the dishes we chose. Will definitely return!

We always have a great time here. Food is delicious and a great menu and the service and food advice is excellent.

A very pleasant restaurant with careful and attentive service and individually prepared dishes (both veg and non-veg). It was a quiet evening when we ate, so there were not many people in the restaurant but we felt well looked after and would certainly return.

We had a lovely evening at Original Nepal. The food is quality traditional Nepali and the staff were great.

We had a really enjoyable dinner at Origin Nepal last Friday. I've never had Nepalese food before, but was looking for a restaurant that could cater for my vegan sister. The food was fantastic - we really enjoyed our curries and Momos, and the bread was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful with all the questions we had. We'll definitely be back!

We had a lovely meal. We had an early reservation so it was quiet and the owner was very attentive, giving us advice about our choices and interesting explanations of the authentic Nepalese cuisine. The food, particularly the sauces, was delicious.

This is a sensation restaurant. Traditional Nepalese food with lots of super interesting menu choices.
The staff are great and will explain the dishes.
I recommend trying something new.
All super tasty!

This has become my favourite restaurant in Canberra. It ticks all the boxes especially the food. We returned for another special occasion and were made to feel as welcome as the first time, going as far as remembering what we previously ordered. We originally chose Origin Nepal because my daughter is a vegetarian and we also have gluten free requirements, and the menu catered for all our dietary requirements, very impressed. We definitely will be back. A big thank you to every one who made our visit so enjoyable.

Located in the heart of Canberra's CBD, Origin Nepal is the perfect spot for date night with the hubby. Their fresh and authentic menus are inspired by the traditions of Nepal and definitely worth a try. Best dish: lamb curry served with rice and flat bread.
