Great place, we have been there three times and would definitely go again next time we are in Palm Cove. Our kids Love the Xo Buns - really yummy dumplings!

It is a shame it was such a windy day as it made service very hard, to the extent food was blowing off plates! Will need to return to assess in better conditions.

Exquisite tapas style offering as part of the menu, innovative, tasty with so many flavours and right on the beach too!

Lovely Lunch but the food lacked its usual finesse! Also very weird staffing on the day

Beautiful food as always, and the view is the best in Palm Cove, but the options for mains was somewhat boring, so we ordered 4 entrees instead. The cost of an entree is $30+ which, for the size of them, was not value for money. However, the food was delicious: the kangaroo was a definite stand out.

Service was great. They were very accomodating with our toddler. Would definitely go back. They have a kids menu and vegan menu.

About Nu Nu Restaurant

Nu Nu nirvana Nu Nu’s is a feast for the eyes and the tastebuds. As Palm Cove’s only absolute beachfront restaurant, Nu Nu has stunning views of the Coral Sea. The beauty extends inside where the wooden floorboards, woven chairs and hanging fern baskets will make you feel you are still outside under the swaying palm trees. Each dish is a beautifully presented work of art, almost too pretty to eat – if it didn’t smell so good. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner the menu is mouth-watering including the beetroot poached Gippsland beef, honey butter roast chook or the wok fried North Queensland mud crab. But if it all sounds too tempting and you could spend a few hours soaking up the atmosphere, then kick back, pick up a cocktail and order the six course tasting menu. The service is terrific and perfectly matched to the laid back but perfectionist style of this restaurant. A truly memorable experience. Best dish: Tasting menu. Honourable mention: coconut snow egg
