As always, a fantastic night at Must! Russell Blakie designing yet another gorgeous food flight experience... who knew vegetables could be so varied and delightful across an entire meal. Great wine pairings too and very knowledgeable staff. Have to say, beetroot ravioli were to die for and a reason alone to return if it’s wvwr featured on the menu!!!! Thanks Must!!!

Monday 31st December Champagne Taittinger on arrival with delicious canapes followed by a generous shared table feast of three courses, featuring our favourite produce from Western Australia; Shark Bay Seafood, Wagin Duck, Hyden Beef & ripe fruit and vegetables from Carnarvon and the South West. This modern wine bar boasts an excellent wine list (as you’d expect) that has kept it at the pinnacle of Perth’s bar scene since 2001.What drives the buzz for wine enthusiasts is its wine list is regularly changing with a challenging, diverse collection of wines from all parts of the world – served by the glass. They are rarely familiar and always tantalising: an alluring white from the Beeka Valley; a rosé from Montsant; a chardonnay viognier from Chile; a vermentino from Sardinia...should we go on? But it’s not all about wine, there’s impressive beer selections for the blokes, cocktails and spirits a plenty that will satisfy even the most fussy palates, very good bar food, delicious bistro meals and an atmospheric buzz to the place.
