The service was prompt and attentive. Food was amazing. Definetly a must on a visit to Melbourne.

Very busy family restaurant. Huge amount of takeaway orders can interrupt restaurant service, speed at which food is prepared for diners. Limited no no-pizza menu. Great for families & big groups.

Good pizza and cabbage salad. Good wine too!

I had dinner at Mr Wolf in the bar area on a quiet Tuesday night. The atmosphere and music was great, service was really good and the food was excellent. The Gnocci and Antipasti pizza no. 2 were both really good, along with the pizza special for the night. I would definitely visit again

A perfect mid-week restaurant: excellent food, lovely atmosphere and BYO Tuesday.

service quality was mixed. good service initially. Then when remaining group members arrived one of the group was not asked if they wanted a drink when taking other drink orders asking each person individually. At the end of the meal was left to pay bill at the register ourselves at our own actioning after having our plates cleared and what would appear to be forgotten by our waiter. Paying the bill also took a unnecessarily long time for non rushed mid-week meal.

About Mr Wolf

What’s the time Mr Wolf? It’s always pizza o‘clock at Mr Wolf. This mecca for pizza lovers sits on Inkerman Street in St Kilda and has built a reputation for having some of the best pizzas in town. Owner and executive chef Karen Martini has mastered the art of the perfect pizza crust and her sense of adventure shines through with her unusual pizza toppings. When you sit down to order trust that the chefs know what they’re doing, and try not to add or subtract pizza toppings - each one is a balanced work of art. Other options include lasagne, casserole, eggplant fritters, mousse and ‘dessert chocolate martini’ which almost rivals the pizzas for best dish. The decor is minimalist; a simple, squarish room with blond wood features, marble-topped tables and a green tree-trunk mural feature wall, yet the atmosphere is still exuberant. Wash down your pizza with the array of drinks which sit in a huge wine fridge on display. Each one is designed to compliment the pizza so it would be rude not to do the pizza justice. Best dish: roast cauliflower, pork-and-fennel sausage, pancetta and chill pizza
