The result? A unique house of meat, where the team create flavours inspired by the best of East & West - dished up with delicious style and flare. If you’re not a meat lover, never fear, seafood-fans and vegetarians can also find something to enjoy - think spicy silken tofu with smoked pumpkin, or smoked salmon and pomegranate salad - and there’s also delicious desserts and beautiful cocktails to try! Our ultimate combo would have to be the red meat platter, paired with a Knight King cocktail and topped off with the chocolate fondant with double cream and toasted nuts. (Just don’t count the calories). Best dish: red meat platter for two.
