First time here and we were no disappointed. The restaurant is amazing. Homely and unpretentious with character charm. The food was outstating. In typical Lamont style it was seasonal, immaculately presented, refined, and delicious.

It is beautiful old building which added to the atmosphere. The service from our waiter, Daniel, was excellent making it a very special night. Was a little disappointed in the Roast Chicken as I was expecting a traditional roast otherwise the food was excellent.

This place is delightful. Tucked away in the CBD, set in a historic building in a lovely garden, with the best staff and wonderful food.

Such a special spot in Perth, nice garden views and lovely service with delicious meals.

Great food and wine and prices suitable for special occasion. Atmosphere a little awkward for a date night with small rooms of a few tables and no background music. Great service although staff absent at times with distractions of functions downstairs.

About Lamont's Bishop's House

Bless My Tastebuds! Choose your table in one of the lovely old customised dining rooms in a house that still holds the atmosphere of 120 years of history. Or sit outside in the private open-air courtyard overlooking the lovely heritage listed gardens. It really is hard to believe that you’re right in the middle of the city. You can just pop in for a drink after work, or stay for splendid à la carte cuisine. It’s hard to go past the degustation menu which changes regularly but always offers an exciting variety of exquisite contemporary delights. European and Asian influences with a modern contemporary flair. The service is smart and efficient and the wine list, as you would expect at a Lamont’s restaurant, is impressive. Lamonts Bishops House is located on the corner of Spring Street & Mounts Bay Road, entrance on Spring St Best Dish: Snapper with roasted garlic & rouille
