Summer Sample Table $80pp

A 4 course menu of new dishes not currently on the IDES Menu priced at $80pp. These menus will be created with a singular ingredient and/or concept in mind. Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. We cannot cater to dietary requirements and seat a maximum of 10 guests per night. We require Credit card details to secure all reservations. There is no upfront charge, we merely hold them as a guarantee. We require at least 48 hours notice for any alterations or cancellation, or you are at risk of a cancellation fee of the full price of the menu per person.
