Being in the entertainment book, this venue is great value and a lovely place to bring friends for lunch. Always an amazing view, tasty food and kind staff (even when under the pump and totally busy).

About House of Jack Rabbit

Food for every bunny The House of Jack Rabbit is the cellar door and tasting room of the popular Jack Rabbit winery in Bellarine. Perched right on the tip of the peninsula, the café enjoys sweeping views of Corio Bay, even across to the You Yangs mountains. Relax on the sunny deck or in front of the Luminaire fireplaces nestled in the tranquil vineyard and sip on a vintage Jack Rabbit wine. The winery also has a more formal fine-dining restaurant; however the ‘House’ is a lot more laidback, with casual, café-style breakfasts, lunches, dinners and, of course, wine tastings. Manager Lyndsay Sharp is enthusiastic and friendly, on hand to help with any questions about the café, restaurant or the award-winning Jack Rabbit wines. You might come for the wines, but you’ll stay for the food at the House of Jack Rabbit. The bunny knows best! Best dish: Mussels
