A great venue for very affordable, delicious Asian share food. Cocktails look great. Service was very good. Venue was very loud in the evening but that didn't detract from our experience. Would thoroughly recommend :-)

This is a great restaurant. The food is great (though the pork bao bun is a little up and down - not crispy and a bit dry last night, but in the past - fantastic ). The staff are wonderful, they really made the experience. We like the space, though it can get quite noisy. All in all a fun place to go to get good food at a reasonable price.

Fantastic value for money, gorgeous food! So tasty, so yum, so fresh. Definitely a must go back place.

Ho Chi Mama is one of Melbourne's hidden gems. I want to rate it badly so it doesn't become any more popular than it already is. Great value, great staff, and, last but not least, great food. We have recommended Ho Chi Mama to many friends and family

About Hochi Mama

Oh Mama! This cheeky and colourful Vietnamese style venue is one for your to-do list. Boasting a killer menu and a super cool vibe, this place is great for a cocktail, a feast or a casual wine and dine with someone special. Work through the menu from the top down, starting with the smaller entree size plates - feat. pho'plings & hochi banh bao buns - before heading into the larger mains. Everything is designed to be shared, meaning you can order a hell of a lot of food and get a taste of everything. Pair your meal with a 'Good Morning Vietnam' cocktail and finish things off with a sweet dessert, the sweet coco banh Mi is our favourite. Best dish: slow cooked beef short ribs with morning glory and slaw.
