First time. Food and services are very good. The mains are small in proportion so we were encouraged to order 4 mains for three peoples And we did. It is in a compound and no visible signs in the entrance so it is hard to find the place for first timer.

Food was very nice and the sauce, the combination of the meat and vegetables they make are extraordinary, especially roasted pumpkin dish. The atmosphere could be better if they have an air-conditioning with a little brighter light.

Gerard's Bistro doesn't disappoint. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough for a special occasion venue and for lovers of innovative dining experiences.

It was my second time to Gerard's and I've always been blown away by the food and service. Every dish was full of flavour but not intense to the point that it puts you off. Service was also top notch. Polite but not to the point of disturbing you too often to ask how your meal was. Overall, one of the best restaurants in Brisbane.
