Our first time dining at George’s on Waymouth. We decided upon the tasting menu of 5 courses and each course was fantastic! Extremely fresh, local produce and the flavors stunning. I definitely recommend!

Great wine list - good prices for this level of dining. Food was really good, full of flavour and was presented well on beautiful crockery. The service was a standout - friendly, knowledgeable staff who make the evening even more enjoyable than just the food and wine - excellent hospitality which we enjoyed immensely - thank you so much.

Pretentious menu, chewy steak and massively over seasoned spaghetti bolognese. Even chocolate mousse was a disappointment!

Great CBD venue and excellent presentation and atmosphere. Professional and pleasant staff looks after its client well with a touch of care and proud... I am a new, but returning client and select this venue for business meeting over coffee, lunch and dinner... Georges on Waymouth (SA) will not disappoint. Well done.

Georges on Waymouth was established by George & Voula Kasimatis in November 2002, with the aim of serving fresh seasonal produce with impeccable service in a classic European setting. In the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, Georges on Waymouth is an undeniable crowd pleaser, continually striving for excellence amongst locals and interstate guests. The dining room is stylish and minimalist with crisp linen tablecloths, high ceilings and wooden floorboards. A distinctly Mediterranean menu takes advantage of seasonal fare with beautiful delights such as chicken liver parfait, port gel, cornichons, house made brioche. Open ravioli of blue swimmer crab, fennel, chilli, beurre blanc. Our signature dish Lamb Press, pancetta, nectarine & plum jam, white bean puree and to finish – Loukoumades (Greek doughnuts) pistachio, walnuts, cinnamon, Attiki honey ice-cream – sensational!
