Great lamb shoulder. Shame the chicken wasn’t on the menu

The service was great, very attentive and friendly. They even wished us Happy Anniversary as i noted it on the booking, however this doesnt always happen in some of the best restaurants. We had the shared lamb it was delicious, beers and cider were also delicious. The singer, a young girl had a great voice, all in all a very enjoyable evening. Thank you!

Great staff. Good sized meals and desserts. Ciders are good. A really nice space. It's fabulous on a sunny day.

Flying Brick Cider finds a home Named after owner Lindsay Sharp’s favourite bird, Flying Brick has become one of Australia’s favourite boutique ciders - and now, the cider brand has its very own home in Wallington. Now cider lovers can come and enjoy great food, listen to live music on Friday nights, enjoy wine, beer - and of course, drinnk plenty of Flying Brick cider. The retro-inspired building on the Bellarine Highway is an innovative space with an alfresco lawn area and plenty of places to plonk down with a tasting paddle. At the helm of the kitchen is colourful culinary personality Dwayne Bourke who brings his serious talent and years of experience to Flying Brick Cider House. Bourke uses apples in various forms of his menu including oysters with shallot and cider vinegar dressing, mussels with cider, applewood-smoked duck breast and an ever-popular tarte tatin.
