I have been going to Ezard for many years and the food and service never disappoint. This was the first time I have been for lunch and we were a group of seven. We all had the 5 course tasting menu and every dish was sublime. The service, as always was friendly and impeccable.

Never fails to impress. Ezra’s hasn’t rested on its laurels and continues to push boundaries and innovate. Well done, team!

It feels like a fairly standard expensive restraunt, the dishes were prepared well, however nothing really stood out as astounding even the desserts especially for the money laid down. The 8 course is a bit of a marathon of a meal as well. The staff was super attentive so that made the experience decent.

Service relatively inattentive for a high end restaurant. Glasses left unfilled for long stretches. Salmon had a bone in it.... just not high end for the price.

About EZARD

Squirreled away under the Adelphi, this basement-based stayer is the epitome of smooth. From the greeting at the door to the soft-furnished dining rooms, just-so lighting and muffled steps of waiters on carpet, it's cushy and cosseting and eminently comforting to sup under the ezard below-stairs roof. Guests are invited to indulge in Teage Ezard's acclaimed ‘Australian freestyle’ cuisine in a variety of ways: from a weekday express lunch or pre-theatre dinner, to an eight course tasting menu replete with fastidiously sourced wines to match.
