We sat at the Bar overlooking the kitchen. It was a fun experience watching the Chefs cooking and easily access to ask the Chefs about the dishes. The staff are friendly, accommodating and attentive.

This was my second time at EXP. The menu had been updated; we had a fantastic time and particularly enjoyed the snacks. We were seated at the bar area where we could watch and listen to all the intricacies of running a fine dining restaurant that offers an experimental degustation experience. Very cosy setting and friendly staff.

EXP is an incredible dining experience. It provides the perfect opportunity for a long romantic dinner, with exceptional and unexpected food. It is one of very few restaurants where I have absolutely no hesitation in ordering a dégustation without even looking at the menu — the surprise makes each course even better.

Very creative and delicious dishes. Fine dining at its inventive best. Brilliant! Excellent service, I particularly enjoyed the way all staff were involved bringing food to table and providing descriptions of food and wine...sommelier outstanding. Well done all, a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

Collaboration Dinner-EXP. Restaurant & The Gantry

Frank Fawkner of EXP. restaurant and Joel Bickford, Executive Chef at The Gantry in Sydney are teaming up for their second collaboration of the year. The menu will showcase local produce and include snacks, followed by a five course tasting menu for $110pp. Please advise of all dietary requirements and allergies when making a reservation as last minute menu changes will not be catered for.
