The service is excellent! All the staff are lovely and are very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Piotr the sommelier is amazing- he was a pleasure to deal with and his knowledge is outstanding. Would recommend 100%

Great service and loved all the dishes on the 8 course degustation. Also didn’t feel too full afterwards so that was a good balance.

Would be preferable if the menu is updated online when it changes in house and that guests who have pre booked are notified of the change.

Really great food. By far one of the best fine dining experiences I've had in Sydney. Wasn't the best when we were seated right in between two other couples when the whole restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived. Apart from that, excellent!

Fantastic lunch with superb service to match. They went out of the way to serve dishes in a manner that was easy to share when we said we would be sharing. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Chateaux Rauzan Segla and Canon Wine Dinner

A wine dinner brought to you by CHANEL-owned Châteaux Rauzan-Ségla, 2nd growth Margaux and Château Canon. 1er Grand Cru Classé B St-Emilion will be represented by global Ambassador Ms Andréane Gornard. There will be an amazing line-up of vintages hand-picked in both Châteaux Cellars, brought to you by importer Daniel Airoldi of Airoldi Fine Wines. It is promising to be an amazing dinner with all wines matches to Est.’ Award winning dishes and our partnered supplier Mr Daniel Airoldi of Airoldi Wine’s Australia. Head Chef Jacob Davey and his team will present a five course tasting menu. The price for the dinner is $450 per person.
