I have dined at est. for many years, usually on special occasions. When I have visitors from overseas, I would take them to est. I have never had a disappointing meal at est. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is always immaculate. The bread is absolutely divine. The passionfruit soufflé is to die for!

Absolutely outstanding! Seated immediately, even though arrived 10 minutes early. The service was exceptional, with conversation with the waiting staff. Each dish was served at the same time, so no one was waiting for their meal. Food was sublime! So glad we went!

Executive chef Peter Doyle is renowned for his contemporary, simplistic approach to Australian food, which is executed to perfection. Come for lunch or dinner and prepared to be ‘wowed’ at every course, and if you’re really in the mood to indulge opt for the dinner tasting menu which is perfectly balanced and beautifully executed.
