This was our first time visiting Est and we were not disappointed. Unbelievable service and food. The flavours and creativity of each dish are superb. We will definitely be back. And the Head Pastry Chef Shannon, those 2 desserts we had were incredible!! Thank you Est.

I have dined at est. for many years, usually on special occasions. When I have visitors from overseas, I would take them to est. I have never had a disappointing meal at est. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is always immaculate. The bread is absolutely divine. The passionfruit soufflé is to die for!

Executive chef Peter Doyle is renowned for his contemporary, simplistic approach to Australian food, which is executed to perfection. Come for lunch or dinner and prepared to be ‘wowed’ at every course, and if you’re really in the mood to indulge opt for the dinner tasting menu which is perfectly balanced and beautifully executed.
