Great service and loved all the dishes on the 8 course degustation. Also didn’t feel too full afterwards so that was a good balance.

Would be preferable if the menu is updated online when it changes in house and that guests who have pre booked are notified of the change.

Really great food. By far one of the best fine dining experiences I've had in Sydney. Wasn't the best when we were seated right in between two other couples when the whole restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived. Apart from that, excellent!

Fantastic lunch with superb service to match. They went out of the way to serve dishes in a manner that was easy to share when we said we would be sharing. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

A special birthday gathering. Right from the initial booking to on the night, the staff at EST were magnificent. On the night the food and service were outstanding, I cannot speak more highly of their professionalism. Yes, its not an everyday eatery, but if you want a special occasion done right, this is the place to go!

Opus One Wine Dinner

Opus One Winery is nestled in Oakville, California, USA. The winery was founded as a joint venture between Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Château Mouton Rothschild and Robert Mondavi to create a single Bordeaux style blend based upon Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The creation of this winery venture in 1978 was big news in the wine industry; de Rothschild's involvement added an air of respectability to the burgeoning Napa wine region. During this dinner we will have Mr Davis Pearson CEO of OPUS ONE based in California & our partnered supplier Mr Daniel Airoldi of Airoldi Wine’s Australia. We will have a five course tasting menu with matched wines prepared by est. Head Chef Jacob Davey and his team. Price for the dinner is $350 per head.
