A venue with plenty of heart Named after managing director Kellie-Ann Ashton’s grandmother Delfina, this restaurant is a ‘feel-good’ venue. The decor is modern and inviting, the staff are friendly and attentive and the menu is rich and hearty - what more could you want? Come with your partner for an intimate meal or get the family together for a big catch up, this place is appropriate for all. The menu has a distinct Modern Australian theme with a touch of European influence and you’re bound to find something to satisfy your tastebuds. Our top picks are the confit duck rillettes for entree and the market fish with lentils onions and baby carrots for main. There’s also some great ‘meals for two’ as well as some mouth-watering desserts - think caramel souffle with warm chocolate mousse! For relaxed bistro experience it doesn’t get much better than Delfina’s. Best dish: duck breast with puy lentils and braised leek.
