The food , organisation of our reserved table and staff were great. We had a fantastic afternoon.

Was a terrible experience. Booked a table for 12 downstairs (lunchtime on a Friday). Got to our table only to be asked if we wanted to be moved upstairs to the 'lovely, airconditioned balcony'. We agreed (it was a hot day) so went upstairs, only to find it was hotter than downstairs and we weren't on the balcony at all. Once we put tables together and made it work, we went to order at the bar, where there was one person serving, and he got caught up making cocktails for 4 people who weren't even sitting upstairs. By the time we all got to order (all 12 of us), one person had to leave because we only had a set amount of time. A few others ended up cancelling meetings so that we actually had time to eat. The guy serving at the bar was very apologetic and was lovely, however the fact that there was one person working on a Friday lunchtime is absurd. We also ordered 2 bottles of prosecco, which the upstairs bar didn't end up having, so also had to wait for someone to bring those upstairs to us. We won't be coming back unfortunately, which is a shame, as it's one of the few places we can go with a group that large.

Upstairs area. The bar staff were kind and helpful. One of the waitresses was quite rude (English accent I believe?) There was a long wait on half the food which was annoying however the bar staff brought over a free jug of beer and cider with apologies which definitely cheered us up. Will be recommending to others & will definitely return, all up a good experience.
