Slightly hard to find but once inside it is lovely and the space works well, is quiet enough to talk etc. Food was delicious and they have a good vegetarian/ vegan selection.

About Canton Bay Chinese Restaurant

Your local Chinese with a twist One of Perth's top choices for budget-priced, yummy Chinese - Canton Bay Chinese Restaurant. This spot is well known to locals for its excellent taste and five-star service. It’s located right on Mounts Bay Road and has an elegant/modern Asian interior, adding an air of sophistication, which is sometimes absent from your local Chinese down-the-road. You are welcomed into a low lit, long dining space with ornate wooden panelling, and alcoves concealed by dark lattices which perfect for two. In terms of the menu, Canton Bay specialises in Cantonese cuisine, prepared by traditional chefs from Hong Kong - so you know it’s the real deal. Delight in some of their most popular dishes like the traditional Chinese crispy skin chicken or deep fried Patagonian toothfish. When you’re finished with your main, tuck into a traditional dessert - our favourite has to be the red bean pancake with ice cream. This is definitely an ‘all occasions’ restaurant – bring a date, come with some friends, your family, or even wine and dine some business associates – this restaurant has something for everyone. Best Dish: Canton Bays own traditional sweet and sour pork.
