I love this place, my favourite India restaurant. I only go for the entree lamb chops 😉

Wonderful, as always. Special call out for the Mango Kulfi. Yum!

Unfortunately a big noisy group was there but that’s not the fault of the restaurant. It wld be good if the door somehow didn’t blow the cold wind onto patrons sitting near it. Lovely food and service tho

Always fabulous. Best Indian food restaurant we have been to in Melbourne in 13 years. If you’ve never been, you’re missing out - give it a try.

We love the ambience and service. The white tablecloths add to the occasion of a night out. Our favourite dish is the goat curry along with the naan bread.

I have reviewed this restaurant often. It is my most favourite Indian restaurant. And . . They make the best garlic naan available anywhere.
Thanks Mr. Bittner

About Bombay by Night

Not Your Everyday Curry By day or night, Bombay by Night serves up some of the best Indian food around Melbourne. Located in Caulfield South, Bombay by Night has a relaxed European feel — just take a look at the stunning chandelier in the dining room — accented by a mellow jazz inspired soundtrack in the background. Understated chic décor aside, Bombay by Night knows how to dish up northern Indian favourites. After all, they’ve been doing so successfully for 25 years. There are classics on the menu as well as dishes with a bit of creative spin. Vegetarians and vegans will love the range of tempting options, including spicy potato croquettes or onion fritters to start. The home-style eggplant and potato curry is a popular choice. Non-vegetarian favourites include any of the lamb dishes — the lamb vindaloo is popular — and the tandoori chicken. Whether you’re heading to dinner with a group of friends or you just aren’t in the mood to cook yourself, check out Bombay by Night. You’ll see why they’ve been so popular for so long. Best dish: Lamb rogan josh
