Great venue but ridiculously NOISY with rowdy tables around us - next time will visit during the week!! Delicious local whiting was really enjoyed by us both thank you......

Was nice except for a child's meal only received 20mins after questioning where it was. Also got overcharged by $100 and when questioned turns out we were charged the wrong tables bill. Fortunately they refunded us the difference. Overall though, lovely venue, tasty food!

Lovely venue, very large with many different areas suitable for small to large groups. Friendly staff & food was delicious. Enjoyed their Rose’ wine.

New menu is great

A great looking restaurant with a stunning lakeside view. We ordered the fried squid, pork and prawn dumplings in broth, and tempura prawns. The food was really disappointing. The grey broth for the dumplings was particularly unappetising and lacking in flavour. The squid was tasty although its pepper berry aioli had no taste. The tempura prawns were the best effort. We enjoyed the beer paddle and cider.

Tapas style ... scallops were divine... we could taste the beers before deciding what we wanted which was great

About Black Brewing

In beer we lust Black Brewing exists because these guys like good beer, good food and good people - plain and simple. This place has a cellar door, restaurant and craft brewery all rolled into one. It's a great ‘next ale trail stop’ that enjoys stunning estate and water views (and a kids playground). The menu is rustic and hearty - basically like an upmarket pub/bistro - and every dish is fresh is flavourful. Come and enjoy custom brews, wine and great food in a truly unique beautiful environment. Go on - it’s well worth the drive. Best dish: satay squid.
