Never disappoints

Food is of a great quality and presented well. Staff are very attentive. Only negatives are that the wines are too expensive meaning you wouldn't have extra and main meals while of good quality not really value for money ..$42 for a small beef cheek on a couple of potatoes can be had much less elsewhere .

Great food. Waiter that served us was very kind and helpful in making recommendations.

The food was a bit of a hit and miss; chicken was beautifully cooked but steak was overdone. We had expected a lot more from this restaurant.

About Bistro Guillaume Melbourne

Monsieur Guillaume Inspired by France's most popular neighbourhood bistros, Bistro Guillaume stands proudly between esteemed Nobu and No.8 by John Lawson in Melbourne's Crown complex. This beautiful restaurant will transport you to the city of love, with the large zinc topped bar, timber Venetians, white linen, parquet flooring and outdoor terrace creating a very special dining space. Bistro Guillaume features a plat du jour daily and is equally accommodating for solo diners such as hotel guests as it is for families, small groups and couples alike. The menu is extensive and features a grand spread of French dishes, with everything from escargots to steak frites. Make sure you save room for dessert as the profiteroles and vanilla bean creme brulee are seriously good. This award winning restaurant has all the charms of Paris, and more! Best dish: leg of duck confit with peas, shallot & lardons.
