The food was very nice. It was tasty and beautifully presented. We felt the 'Pig's Trotter' dish, which was exceedingly tasty should have had an accompaniment for the price. The fish, which was also very tasty, was a little overpowered by the sauce and coating. Otherwise very, very nice food. Friendly waiter who made the best Long Island iced Tea. We will recommend this restaurant to others.

The food was excellent, brought to the table in a timely manner by an attentive and very friendly, obliging waiter. The wine we had was very good and reasonably priced.

The food was excellent, however, the service was rather poor. Got the impression that the waiters were only new. Long waits from the time the waiter took our orders to when the entire table of 10 received their drinks, another long wait to be served entrees, and yet another long wait to receive our mains. Our table was booked for 6 pm and the restaurant was only a third full, so it's not as if they were busy. Overall though, the waiters were very polite and very apologetic.

Food was fabulous and well presented. Service was engaging without being intrusive. Love the vibe of this place tucked off Hay St. A hidden gem!

Each dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented and piping hot! Loved the relaxed Bisto atmosphere too. Service was a bit hit and miss. Can’t believe we haven’t been before now - will definitely go back soon,
