As a family of four we enjoyed our night immensely. The kids aged 7and 9 commented how much they enjoyed it. Awsome atmosphere A1 food and service. Well done to the team for giving us a fantastic experience

What a shame - I was so looking forward to this dinner which turned out to be an absolute dud! Not enough staff meant drinks had to be asked for again and again, the waitress ended up being my husband clearing the plates (only saw our "waitress" once after I complained about not receiving drinks or clearing plates!) and to top it off it was abundantly clear that the abundant "buffet" was not replaced frequently so what we ate was lukewarm to cold....very disappointing. Sorry QT, even a discount off the bill does not a good evening make for poor service and less than quality food . After last nights dinner I could not recommend this restaurant!

For the QT Port Douglas restaurant - You NEED to get new uniforms for your female staff. The skirts they wear are ridiculously short, to the point where it's distracting from the meal. I have no idea how it's possible for them to do their job in what is essentially a belt. Seriously??

This restaurant used to be amazing, I have been 3 times now. The restaurant has gradually gotten worse. We went on Saturday and we spent $65 a head to eat pulled pork soft tacos? We were not impressed. Other times we went we could go up and order almost anything we wanted but on Saturday it was a no from the chef. To top off the bad food we also had to wait for an hour for our drinks to arrive.

Staffs were friendly and kind but food was average and lack of selection would be the main reason that I won't go back. Oysters were good tho but that's pretty much it

Food was good. It's a buffet, but a good buffet at that but I kind of begrudge paying $60 per person (no alcohol) for a buffet as the food can be sat there a while. Staff were really nice but this is over priced for what it is - a buffet where you serve yourself.
