A Pleasingly Jarring Experience Owned by chef Hamish Ingham and sommelier (and wife) Rebecca Lines, Bar H Dining is exactly what the name suggests, it’s a wine bar and restaurant that’s fun and vibrant, with a relaxed feel. Perched on a corner formerly housing The Wall cafe, the venue is dark and moody but extremely welcoming. It’s the perfect place to pop in for a glass of something interesting from the drinks list, or a relaxed dinner with friends. Having worked under Kylie Kwong at Billy Kwong, Hamish’s seasonal menu highlights his long love affair with China and his newest love with Japan, pairing them together with indigenous ingredients native to Australia.
