Every single dish was done to perfection. Highly recommend. Japanese food with some infusion of indigenous ingredients. Best place i've been to this year.

Lovely spot for a special occasion. Particularly loved the saltbush and the mushroom dish, very interesting flavours going. Beautifully presented dishes, good atmosphere, great service.

The value of the degustation is simply brilliant. When compared to other restaurants in Sydney. The food was amazing and we couldn't any of it. The only issue we had were the first two courses came out extremely quickly and the others a little slowly but that is just nit picking. A great experience and loved the food/vibe of Bar H.

A Pleasingly Jarring Experience Owned by chef Hamish Ingham and sommelier (and wife) Rebecca Lines, Bar H Dining is exactly what the name suggests, it’s a wine bar and restaurant that’s fun and vibrant, with a relaxed feel. Perched on a corner formerly housing The Wall cafe, the venue is dark and moody but extremely welcoming. It’s the perfect place to pop in for a glass of something interesting from the drinks list, or a relaxed dinner with friends. Having worked under Kylie Kwong at Billy Kwong, Hamish’s seasonal menu highlights his long love affair with China and his newest love with Japan, pairing them together with indigenous ingredients native to Australia.
