Fine dining at it’s best - and to enjoy a 4 course vegan degustation of this standard was a rare treat. The wine matching also allowed us to sample wines we would not have normally purchased, resulting in some very pleasing surprises. Excellent staff, elegant surroundings - a wonderful special occasion venue.

the service was efficient and friendly without being overly serious or overbearing. i like that the waitstaff smiled. they noticed it was my birthday and brought out some petit fours which was nice. i also enjoyed the complimentary entree and palate cleanser. the food was, of course, exquisite. i was really full by the end but not painfully so.

We love Bacchus. There was no category allowing me to comment on the layout of the restaurant so I’ll note it here: it’s really generously spaced. Also the chef is generous and so are the wait staff. Bacchus has been a recent discovery for us but it’s quickly become pretty close to our favourite dinner spot in Brisbane.
