As the name suggests, this restaurant offers Chinese cuisine with an emphasis on seafood. And for those who know the chef, this comes as no surprise, his favourite food is fish. Kelvin Keung began his career at Hong Kong’s famous Regent Hotel, and after migrating to Australia in 1992, worked at the Burswood Hotel, before opening Aquarium in 2006. Try the chilli pepper fried squid or the yam and pumpkin casserole or select a lobster from the tank and wait while Keong works his magic.
