Great as always. A couple of menu changes that we didn't like (bring back the chicken ribs), but a welcome return of the soft-shell crab taco. Of course, the Pork hock rules though.

Nice neighbourhood place. The end of the Autumn menu was nice. The staff were good and looked after us when the dessert went wrong. Replaced it with a beautiful bread and butter pudding. Looking forward to the Winter menu.

Good food here, but the place was too cramped and difficult to have a decent date night. Service was generally ok, but the gap was too long between courses, such that we had to rush our mains. If you want to try the donuts for dessert, order in advance as they told us 10 mins before we had to vacate the table that they take 1/2 hr .

Nice food, good service. The barbecoa beef burger was pretty good. The pork belly burger was very stingy with the pork though - just tasted like bread due tot eh lack of meat.

Not great. Used to come here, but they've made changes to the menu - e.g. replaced beef and bone marrow burger with generic cheeseburger for the same price. The burnt end sandwich is now smaller than 3 weeks ago, more bread but less filling. Place was also noticeably empty. Looks like they have fallen into the trap of high prices and lowering quality to increase margins.

The food was good, but way too expensive. $110 for a fairly ordinary paella, and the pork belly was a half serve. Service wasn't very good either. Is it too much to get some water...? We missed our dessert as we waited 1/2 hr but had to leave.

Still good second time around. Will be our 'go to' place from now on. Only issue we had was witht eh pork hock being much smaller than this time. Wasn't enough to feed our table of 6 whereas last time out we couldn't finish the thing. Pork hock should is a better 'signature dish' than the lamb shoulder.

Awesome food - great staff. Why haven't I been here before?? The Crispy Pork Hock was amazing - shlp shlp! Will definitely be coming back. Will try to tackle that lamb shoulder perhaps.

We go this time every year and as usual the food was great. The service was excellent and they were very helpful and attentive. But - We often order the same things so we were very disappointed to see that the prices have gone up a bit while the serving sizes have shrunk. Our favourite: the Rib looks like it is half the size it used to be :( Shame because it cost $60. Also, it took over half an hour for our last dish to arrive, so we missed dessert - which is another shame - as it was my wife's birthday.

Food was great, but servings were small. The drinks were too pricy with a bottle of wine being $60. If it wasn't for the 50% off the food offer, I wouldn't eat here as they appear to skimp on servings to make up for the prices - forcing you to order more food...

The Valentine's Day dinner shared menu is the biggest scam I've come across in a long time. $120 for essentially ½ servings! You must be joking! I was shocked and appalled when we were brought out 1 serving of each item for the two of us to share! If we ordered the equivalent items off the a la carte menu, we would have paid around $70. Basically they're trying to get away with giving people 1 serving of the 5 items and by calling it a 'shared menu': charging them $120. What a rort! For starters, how do they expect two people to share 3 oysters? Then to place 4 tortellini in a bowl of broth in the middle of the table for two people to share. How about smaller bowls? Or even better, a serving each!? Then to finish off with a single duck breast for two people to share ... that's utterly ridiculous. The fact that I was asked whether we wanted something else (like a steak to share) when I commented on the servings indicates that they were fully aware that they were not giving customers fair value for money. I feel sorry for those customers that didn't speak up. The couple next to us ordered off the a la carte menu when they saw what we were getting. In a city where there are so many good quality restaurants, I'm surprised you can get away with something like this. They should be embarrassed – and Dimmi should remove them from their list of restaurants.

A little inconcistent with the doneness of the steaks. Last time: meduim rare was too rare and slimy, and tough to chew; so medium was more like it. This time meduim was too far done and... Difficult to know what you're going to get, but teh food was really tasty. Pricey though...

The dishes were totally awesome. I particularly liked the pig trotter with black pudding and scallops. The rump streak in the waygu Wellington could have been better though.

This is the best restaurant I've been to in my 12 yrs in Melbourne. Coming from the UK I've never thought of British food like this. The Black Pudding and Brown Ale Pudding were awesome! I'll definitely be back... :)
