First time at Paringa and it was a great experience. We had the 5 course degustation and it was excellent, especially with the paired wine. Kudos to John our waiter for his excellent service. Had a good chat to the maitre'd/sommelier Bruce whose experience included time at Inniskillin. He was kind enough to let me try the 2016 Shiraz The Paringa after talking about reds. I couldn't resist walking away with a bottle. Definitely a return to place for me.
