If orange juice is usually your beverage of choice with your eggs and bacon on a Sunday morning then listen up. Brunch in Sydney has undergone a makeover. The latest trend is the bottomless brunch and it’s going to revolutionise your weekend.

What is bottomless brunch? It’s when you get a few hours of unlimited booze (usually Champagne, Mimosas or Bloody Marys) served with your smashed avo on toast. Local foodie Caitlin Wright shares some of her favourite bottomless brunch spots around Sydney.
